Indigenous community support Program is governed by a Management committee of five official lead by the Chairman and other four officials. The Management committee is the policy making mechanism of the organization and the representative body. The constitution of the ICSP is the supreme self-regulatory document.In our management protocol,we have chairperson who is the management committee then regulators,members and stakeholders.

Management committee is the oversight body of the ICSP lead by the chairman. The Management committee reports to the ICSP membership, the stakeholders and the Regulators (Ministry of Gender and children. ICSP communication system is top – bottom as well us bottom-top.
